When you’re in the right role, your conversations will shift toward each day’s highlights, humorous quotes from the day, professional lessons learned, and so on.

Physical and Emotional Depletion

Again, it’s normal to feel a bit drained and tired after a challenging work day, but if you find yourself slipping into irregular sleeping or eating patterns, it may be time to re-evaluate. Your physical and emotional health should be your top priorities. If you find your job taking a toll on those things, consider searching for a new job. Your physical health can sometimes be a result of your mental health. So, if you’re feeling generally sick or have a sense of continual dread, your job might be to blame.
