Axon is home to 4 Affinity Groups including Veterans at Axon that host events throughout the year and provide a safe community atmosphere both for members and allies of underserved populations. For Axon’s Leadership Development Program, we recruit new graduates from a variety of backgrounds for this two-year program in which they rotate through different functions of the company, lead special projects, and attend learning sessions with leadership. Graduates of this program have taken on crucial leadership roles across the company, including president, vice presidents and product managers.
